Getting an Accurate Quote
When you contact us to get a price for your cleaning needs, we try our best to give you the most accurate price possible. In your communication, please give us as much information as possible.
Occasionally, we might need to make a small adjustment to the pricing once have arrived at your home to do the cleaning. This does not happen often but when it does, we discuss this before starting. This may happen if what is to be cleaned is not as described or there is particularly bad soiling.
From time to time we encounter other cleaning companies who engage in “bait and switch pricing” where they offer really low prices to get their foot in your door then use high-pressure sales techniques to get to pay a lot more and you end up paying a lot more than you should for the service. We see this practice as unethical and do not engage in it.
We may, however, offer additional services when in your home when we feel it is appropriate. We feel we would be doing you a disservice if we did not mention it. We will never try and push into it and you are welcome to decline and we won’t feel slighted.
