After 30 years and three teenagers worth of carpet wear we were dubious much could be done re looks and stain removal. We last had our carpets cleaned about 12 years ago. Grant was honest with his appraisal and advice re cause of some of the wear and tear. After a thorough initial vacuum, stain spotting and then wet vacuuming the carpeted areas definitely look so much better. 4hrs of professional work worth every cent. Grant was also helpful with moving small furniture items out of rooms. We can definitely recommend Mr Neate's services.

We are a double story apartment and Grant happily trudged all of his equipment up the stairs or our couch clean. Our 3 seater couch was horrible and stained from years of use, animals, kids and food or wine. Grant wasn’t satisfied he couldn’t make it perfect, but I think it has come up wonderfully. I no longer embarrassed to have people over. Thanks so much and I highly recommend. On time, professional and made having a stranger in our home not uncomfortable.

My carpet was filthy and dumped in dogs wee old stains,
When Grant arrived my first question was “are they coming out”, he honestly answered “I don’t guarantee it because they are old and many”. He really worked hard for 5 hours, and the stains came off mostly entirely.
I’m very pleased with his work, from now on he is coming every 3 months to keep my carpet nice and fresh.

Grant came out earlier this week to steam clean our rather stained carpets. They came up beautifully and we are thrilled with the result. Grant took great care to make sure every last mark came out and stayed for nearly three hours on a 40 degree day! Very professional service.

We have been living in our rental for 14 years and the carpet was already stained when we moved in. Over the years the stains had become much worse! We had had other professional carpet cleaners steam clean our carpets and hardly any of the stains had been lifted so we had given up. Just before Christmas, we gave Mr. Neat a call to clean our couches that had become dirty through sitting in the same areas all the time. We decided to add on a carpet clean too thinking no stains would come out but at least we would know it was refreshed. Grant spent a few hours going over our carpet! When I saw the effort and work he had put in, I was bowled over! Grant had got out EVERY stain that had existed in that carpet since before we had moved in! Needless to say, our couches came out great too. this carpet clean has improved the quality of our lives amazingly! I am no longer embarrassed to have friends over 🙂 I love being at home now 🙂 I feel at peace and comfortable in our apartment again. Grant, we cant thank you enough!

Thanks Grant for a pain free steam clean yesterday. The carpets look & feel & smell fabulous. Once they were dry I ran my robot cleaner over them to lift the pile & they look like new. I will certainly recommend your service to others for your courtesy & professionalism.

I was determining whether to keep or replace old carpets. Adriano gave a very realistic appraisal, and the best treatment options. Dry cleaning brought it up beautifully! I'll keep my carpets another few years.

We had our carpets cleaned by Grant yesterday and he did a marvellous job. Also the Co. assisted us at very short notice. This was our second time using Mr Neate & we'll use them again.

The second time we have called Mr Neate to do a spring clean of our carpet. On time, reasonable pricing and excellent professional result. Our recommendation and will certainly call when we next need to do a more thorough clean.
